MustangMcGeeshares the 2nd single, “For a Long Time”, from the upcoming debut album release, ‘Horseplay’. The latest single is an inside look at the early frustrations of being a touring musician. This theme serendipitously aligns with featured guitarist Daniel Donato, who has served as WillMcGee‘s longstanding bandmate and the Cosmic Country bandleader. “For a Long Time” blends the sounds of alt-country and indie, a la My Morning Jacket and Wilco, with touches of 80’s-era Grateful Dead and vocal harmonies reminiscent of yacht rock classics.
