The album features their 4th single, For You (their first Oricon Weekly #1), the hit 5th single, I Need U, and their 6th single, Run. The record also includes Japanese versions of tracks from The Most Beautiful Moment in Life series, such as, Fire, and the Japan-exclusive song Wishing On A Star, along with many other tracks available only on this release.
