Mister Rebound makes its debut release with Color Red, sharing the “Rebound Theme”, the first single from their upcoming album ‘Trapped In Paradise’. “Rebound Theme” brings driving instrumental funk energy from start to finish, and features the keyboard/organ prowess of Steve Okonski (Okonski, Durand Jones & The Indications). Bandleader and drummer Joey Campanella keeps the rhythm tight, complemented by the bass grooves from Dale Jennings (Orgone, Say She She). Dave Brandwein (Turkuaz, New Originals) ties it all together with snappy funk guitar chops and a production style that blends a sound both vintage and modern.
