QUICKSILVER MESSENGER SERVICE The CD Vinyl Replica Collection Boxset (2015 UK/EU 7-CD box set celebrating the seminal San Francisco psychedelic outfit Quicksilver Messenger Service, bringing together a selection of their classic albums in beautifully presented vinyl replica sleeves. This collection offers a comprehensive overview of the bands influential late 60s and early 70s output, renowned for its expansive jams, blues-infused psychedelia and intricate guitar interplay. Housed in an LP-sized presentation box, each disc is packaged in a faithful mini LP-style sleeve, replicating the original album artwork. The set also includes a 28-page booklet featuring detailed liner notes by Jeff Tamarkin, alongside rare photographs and memorabilia. Further extras include a poster designed by Dennis Loren and a merchandise insert, enhancing the archival and collector appeal of the set. The outer box shows some minor edgewear from storage, the inside dividers show a slight tear, whilst all seven discs remain in Near Mint condition, displaying little to no evidence of play.)
