Originally released in 1970, That’s The Way It Is is Elvis’ twelfth studio album, combining eight studio recordings from RCA Studios in Nashville with four live performances captured at The International Hotel in Las Vegas. The album reflects Presley’s return to live performance during a pivotal period of his career. This special expanded Legacy Edition gathers the original album together with additional single sides from the era and previously unreleased studio outtakes from the June Nashville sessions. The set is completed with the first full release of a concert recorded during Elvis’ 1970 Summer Season in Las Vegas on August 12th. Housed inside a linen-laminate effect wide-spined single pocket picture sleeve with gold foil numbering, plus a 20 page booklet. Hype sticker & factory sealed. Limited to just 1500 copies!)
