A premium small-batch syrup brewed by hand in Oregon with seasonally-selected whole ingredients and natural sweeteners. Our syrups feature 40% less sugar than a typical mixer, yet are carefully formulated to have stronger flavor per serving. Each bottle is 12 oz. and makes 12-24 cocktails, or nearly 1 gallon of finished, full-strength soda.

Spicy Ginger: A citrus forward syrup has been highly requested so we decided to create one but with a tropical twist. This syrup has a delicate blend of passionfruit, key lime, and blood orange making it the perfect refreshing syrup to add to your favorite soda water and liquors alike. This syrup will add a bright sweetness to just about any mock-tail or cocktail, whether you’re working with vodka, gin, bourbon, or tequila. Grapefruit Tonic: Works both as a mocktail or in a Gin & Tonic. This layered flavor starts with a bite of fresh grapefruit and is rounded out with both Elderflower and the bitterness of quinine. We added just enough bitter to give the finished drink a nice balance, but not too much where it makes you pucker.
