Description
In the second edition of The New Mastersounds A Brighter Day, the group collaborated with Adryon de Leon (Orgne, Matador! Soul Sounds) to contribute lyrics and vocals to the instrumental arrangement crafted by Eddie Roberts. De Leon wrote the lyrics during the height of the winter wave of COVID-19 shut downs in 2020 and imagined a bright, sunny day surrounded by loved ones. A Brighter Day also serves as a reminder to check in on even the strongest people in your lives as it was a dark, and lonely time in our worlds history. The end result is in the style of School House Rock meets Minnie Ripperton and will have listeners truly reveling in the brighter days that have been cast upon us.
