Description
W.R.D. is best described by guitarist Eddie Roberts as, 60s soul-jazz, rare funk grooves, and driving latin beats, with a transcontinental twist and a modern mindset. Rounded out by Robert Walter on organ and Adam Deitch on drums, the trio debuts their driving grooves with ‘Happy Hour’ and ‘Corner Pocket.’ These tracks are one of the very first recording to come out of Color Red Studios, and set the label for all the success they have seen to this day.
