Description
Bhanga (Bung.gha) A Pali term which means disillusion. The experience of the disillusion of the apparent solidity of the body into subtle vibrations which are constantly arising and passing away, is an important stage in the practice of Vipassana Meditation. When strong one-pointed concentration is achieved, this stage of Bhanga is common and not super natural.
