This reissue features remastered audio from the original master tapes.

  Art Blakey & The Jazz Messengers released the album “Caravan” in February 1963. This jazz album marked Blakey’s debut with Riverside Records, recorded in October 1962 at Plaza Sound Studios in New York City.
