BILL EVANS TRIO Explorations (2024 US Craft Recordings Small Batch limited edition vinyl LP pressed on 180-gram SuperVinyl, the definitive audiophile reissue of Evans 1961 modal jazz landmark. Featuring Bill Evans alongside Scott LaFaro and Paul Motian, this AAA one-step pressing was mastered by Bernie Grundman from the original analog master tapes and pressed at RTI using Neotechs proprietary SuperVinyl formula for ultra-quiet playback. Housed in a deluxe tip-on jacket inside a foil-numbered, linen-wrapped slipcase with exclusive liner notes by Syd Schwartz. Limited to just 2,500 individually numbered copies. Although not sealed, this copy remains in Near Mint condition, still in its open shrink a stunning high-fidelity edition of one of the Bill Evans Trios most essential recordings. Highly recommended!
