You can leave it on the handle while cooking on low but please be cautious of a large open flame.
Inside Dimensions are 4 1/2″ long x 1 1/2 wide. Made to fit on small, medium, and large cast iron skillets.
Insulated with three layers of compressed cotton batting, making it heat resistant up to 500.
All fabrics are 100% cotton.
Each mitt is handmade.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS: Machine wash warm. Lay flat to dry.
