LIGHTNIN’ HOPKINS Lightnin’ Hopkins (Very rare 1964 US mono 9-track vinyl LP, pasted picture sleeve. Originally released in 1962 under the title ‘Mojo Hands’ [with a different sleeve] this is an exceptional work widely regarded by blues historians and critics as one of Hopkins’ most significant and engaging works incorporating elements of both rural country blues and it’s electrified urban cousin to devastating effect – Essential. The sleeve is Excellent [just a little discolouration to the rear panel], the vinyl is Near Mint – a stuuning copy sixty-two years on SSR7001)
