Description
ManyColors collaborates with vocalist Halle Tomilson on their 6th release Like You Do. Guitarist Brant Williams crafted the song with a combination of 2-bar loops taken from a jam during the bands first session in 2018 and sampled his fellow musicians Eric Luba (keyboards), Kirwan Brown (bass), and Braxton Kahn (drums) resulting in a hazy, melancholy beat. Tomilson penned the lyrics in 2020 during the COVID-19 pandemic that add an extra layer of desolation drizzle speaking to an old way of life leaving.
