Representing Tennesseeoriginally from Memphis, but now out of NashvilleMustang McGee is a mustachioed bassist who identifies as a horse. Mustang is keenly known for his highly energetic performance presence on stage as a member of Daniel Donato’s Cosmic Country. In his solo musical efforts, Mustang primarily explores melodically and lyrically driven soul, rock, and folk music. Drawing influence from decades of soulful sounds, Mustang creatively creates post-modern sonic scenes that leave listeners exclaiming When was this made? and Wow, I love this!
