SHEILA & B DEVOTION King Of The World (2020 UK/EU 40th Anniversary Edition remastered 8-track LP pressed on Red Vinyl, a welcome reissue of the 1980 final album by the French disco act. Produced by Bernard Edwards & Nile Rodgers for the CHIC Organistation this album displays some elements unusual in Chic productions, such as prominent guitar solos in place of the breakdowns that were normally a staple part of the Chic sound, and some unusual lyrical subject matter, such as the sci-fi themed ‘Spacer’ and a humorous song about credit cards. Picture sleeve with lyric inner. The sleeve remains in the open shrink with hype sticker and shows little sign of shelfwear. The inner has a seam split and the vinyl is Near Mint)
