Vigilante is released as the soundtrack for the movie with the same name where Willie plays a ruthless gang member. This project pairs him again with his compadre and former singer Hctor Lavoe.
Vigilante has its own aura and brilliance. This album definitely helped get Hector Lavoes own discography back on track, while giving Willie Coln the well-deserved breathing room for his own strong comeback. Juanito Alimaa is the top single with Lavoe adding the sparks on his ad-libbing.
